The National Historical Landmark Ship Tour is a tour guided by a National Park Ranger aboard one of the sea vessels in the park, and the Historic Waterfront Walking tour is an hour long trek exposing you to the history and beauty of the San Francisco Bay that is also led by a Park Ranger. The Sailing the West Coast: C.A. Thayer event is a tour of a wooden sailing vessel and the history behind this specific ship. Located at the edge of San Francisco Bay in Fisherman’s Wharf, the hours of operation of the Visitor’s Center of San Francisco’s Maritime National Historical Park are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the Maritime Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission for an Individual Entry is $10, which lasts 10 days. An annual pass is $50 per person. Children ages 15 years and younger are permitted onto ships within San Francisco’s Maritime National Historical Park for free under the supervision of an adult.
